摘 要:石油天然气行业属于高风险行业,可燃气体燃爆、有毒气体造成人员中毒是最主要的安全生产风险,而这些风险始终贯穿于整个石油天然气行业的生产运行过程中,因此需要不断提升早期预警能力,降低运行过程中的维护强度,提高安全管理水平。传统监测方式存在诸多不足,且无法适应我国能源行业智能化发展需要。本项目围绕海上石油生产实际需求,通过对激光甲烷遥测技术进行深度研究并落地实施,有效弥补了传统有害气体监测手段中的短板和不足,提升了早期预警能力,降低了运行过程中的维护强度,大幅提高了油气生产行业的安全管理水平,并进一步推动了海洋石油工业的智能化管理的发展,具有良好的应用拓展性,具有广阔的应用前景。The oil and gas industry belongs to a high-risk industry,where the explosion of combustible gases and poisoning caused by toxic gases are the main safety production risks.These risks persist throughout the entire production and operation process of the oil and gas industry.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously enhance early warning capabilities,reduce maintenance intensity during operation,and improve the level of safety management.Traditional monitoring methods have many deficiencies and cannot meet the needs of the intelligent development of China's energy industry.Focusing on the actual needs of offshore oil production,this project has conducted in-depth research and implementation of laser methane telemetry technology,effectively addressing the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional hazardous gas monitoring methods,improving early warning capabilities,reducing maintenance intensity during operation,significantly enhancing the level of safety management in the oil and gas production industry,and further promoting the development of intelligent management in the offshore oil industry.It has good application scalability and broad application prospects.
