超声波液位开关的应用维护探析

摘　　要：在炼油化工行业仪表设备不断朝着智能化的趋势发展,液位开关从简单的机械式到现在多样的智能型开关从技术水平上取得了很大的进步,在化工储运单元应用的也越来越广泛。文中介绍了液位开关在石油化工领域的种类、选型以及应用,结合设备在带电运行过程中出现的一些典型故障现象和解决办法,以及超声波液位开关技术开发的优化建议,希望能为石油炼化储罐的超声波液位开关稳定运行、日常维护和技术发展提供一些借鉴和指导。As instrumentation equipment in the refining and chemical industries continues to evolve towards greater intelligence,level switches have undergone significant technological advancements,transitioning from simple mechanical designs to diverse and sophisticated intelligent models.Their application in petrochemical storage and transportation units has become increasingly widespread.This article introduces the types,selection,and application of level switches in the petrochemical industry.It combines typical fault phenomena and solutions encountered during the live operation of equipment,along with optimization suggestions for the development of ultrasonic level switch technology.The aim is to provide references and guidance for the stable operation,routine maintenance,and technological development of ultrasonic level switches in petroleum refining and storage tanks.
