摘  要:聚丙烯装置的正常生产过程中需要对反应器、脱气仓、出料仓等多个关键设备的料位进行测量并进行自动控制,而设备内的操作介质为丙烯、聚丙烯粉末、氢气、催化剂等,介质特性为粉料,具有毒性、易燃、易爆、易挥发等特点,并且设备属于高温高压容器,使用常规料位检测仪表难以实现其料位测量,因此采用非接触式核料位计进行测量。核料位计作为监控和控制聚丙烯生产过程中关键设备的重要工具,其准确性和可靠性直接影响到生产安全与经济效益。本文系统分析了核料位计在聚丙烯装置维护中的应用,着重探讨了其面临的技术和操作挑战。During the normal production process of polypropylene plants,it is necessary to measure and automatically control the material levels of multiple critical equipment such as reactors,degassing silos,and discharge silos.The operating media inside the equipment include propylene,polypropylene powder,hydrogen,catalysts,etc.These media are characterized as powders,toxic,flammable,explosive,and volatile.Additionally,the equipment belongs to high-temperature and high-pressure containers,making it difficult to achieve material level measurement using conventional material level detection instruments.Therefore,a noncontact nuclear level gauge is employed for measurement.As an essential tool for monitoring and controlling critical equipment in the polypropylene production process,the accuracy and reliability of the nuclear level gauge directly impact production safety and economic benefits.This article systematically analyzes the application of nuclear level gauges in the maintenance of polypropylene plants,with a focus on exploring the technical and operational challenges they face.
