摘　　要：公司生产厂区内10kV高压开关柜中的真空断路器储能电机频繁烧毁,严重影响了供配电设备的安全可靠运行,并给公司带来了较大经济损失。本文从机械故障、电气问题、行程开关调节不当以及环境因素等方面分析了可能导致储能电机故障频发的原因,并提出了相应的维护优化对策。通过对部分解决方案的现场应用与实施,展现了良好的应用效果。后续计划包括采纳西门子厂家的建议和进一步优化措施。The frequent burnout of the vacuum circuit breaker's energy storage motor in the 10 kV high-voltage switchgear within the company's production factory has seriously affected the safe and reliable operation of power supply and distribution equipment,causing significant economic losses to the company.This article analyzes the potential causes of frequent energy storage motor failures from various perspectives,including mechanical failures,electrical issues,improper adjustment of travel switches,and environmental factors.Corresponding maintenance and optimization countermeasures are also proposed.Through the on-site application and implementation of some solutions,good application effects have been demonstrated.Future plans include adopting Siemens'suggestions and further optimizing measures.
