摘 要:本研究探讨电池储能技术在提高电力系统调频性能与经济效益中的应用。针对忽视分布式储能系统协同工作的需求,提出一种基于改进控制策略和算法优化的方法,以增强分布式储能系统参与电网调频的协调性和效率。构建精确的负荷频率控制模型和实施双层分布式控制策略,不仅提升了电力系统的调频响应效率和速度,而且通过优化储能调频运行成本和电池寿命损耗,增强了储能参与调频的经济性和可持续性,为电力系统调频提供了一种高效和经济的解决方案。This study explores the application of battery energy storage technology in enhancing the frequency regulation performance and economic benefits of power systems.Addressing the overlooked need for coordinated operation among distributed energy storage systems,a method based on improved control strategies and algorithm optimization is proposed to strengthen the coordination and efficiency of distributed energy storage systems participating in grid frequency regulation.By establishing an accurate load frequency control model and implementing a two-level distributed control strategy,not only does it improve the frequency response efficiency and speed of the power system,but it also enhances the economics and sustainability of energy storage participation in frequency regulation by optimizing energy storage operation costs and battery life degradation.This study provides an efficient and cost-effective solution for power system frequency regulation.
