摘　　要：目的 研究抗菌药物管理在促进医院合理用药抗菌药物中的效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间医院收治的80例采用抗菌药物治疗的患者,通过抽签法分为参比组和研讨组,每组40例。参比组根据医嘱用药,研讨组在此基础上行抗菌药物管理。比较两组合理用药率、药物不良反应、管理效果及疗效满意度。结果 参比组联合用药、给药方法、用药时机、药物剂量、用药类别合理率均较研讨组低,P<0.05。参比组用药不良反应总发生率较研讨组高,P<0.05。参比组抗菌药物使用占比高于研讨组,用药时间、住院时间、用药费用均多于研讨组,P<0.05。参比组疗效满意度明显低于研讨组,P<0.05。结论 在医院应用抗菌药物中采取抗菌药物管理,有利于提高抗菌药物使用合理性,提高管理效果,减少药物不良反应,提高患者的疗效满意度。Objective:To study the effect of antibacterial drug management in promoting rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods:80 patients who were treated with antibacterial drugs from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group used drugs according to the doctor's advice,and the research group managed antibacterial drugs on this basis.The rational drug use rate,adverse drug reactions、management effect and curative effect satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The rational rate of combined medication、method、opportunity、dosage and category of medication in the reference group was lower than that in the research group,P<0.05.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the reference group was higher than that in the study group,P<0.05.The proportion of antibacterial drugs used in the reference group was higher than that in the research group,and the time of drug use,hospitalization time and drug cost were higher than that in the research group,P<0.05.The curative effect satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the research group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Antibacterial drug management in the application of antibacterial drugs in hospitals is conducive to improving the rationality of antibacterial drug use,improving management effect,reducing adverse drug reactions and improving patients'satisfaction with curative effect.
