糖尿病肾病患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与白介素-6及糖代谢的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白介素(IL)-6与糖代谢的关系,为DN的诊治提供参考。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年2月期间医院收治的145例T2DM患者。根据是否发生DN分为单纯T2DM组90例、早期DN组30例、临床期DN组25例。比较各组血清MCP-1、IL-6水平、糖代谢指标,分析DN患者血清MCP-1、IL-6与糖代谢指标的关系。结果 临床期DN组、早期DN组血清MCP-1、IL-6及FBP、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均明显高于单纯T2DM组,P<0.05;临床期DN组血清MCP-1、IL-6及FBP、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均明显高于早期DN组,P<0.05。直线相关分析显示,DN患者血清MCP-1、IL-6水平与FBP、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 DN患者血清MCP-1、IL-6与其糖代谢紊乱呈正相关,临床可通过检测糖尿病患者血清MCP-1、IL-6的水平来评估其糖代谢紊乱情况。Objective:To explore the relationship between serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)、interleukin(IL)-6 and glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes nephropathy(DN),so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of DN.Methods:A total of 145 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were collected.According to whether DN occurred,there were 90 cases in the simple T2DM group,30 cases in the early DN group,and 25 cases in the clinical DN group.The levels of serum MCP-1、IL-6 and glucose metabolism indexes in each group were compared,and the relationship between serum MCP-1、IL-6 and glucose metabolism indexes in DN patients was analyzed.Results:The levels of MCP-1、IL-6、FBP、HbA1c、FINS and HOMA-IR in clinical DN group and early DN group were significantly higher than those in T2DM group,P<0.05.The levels of MCP-1、IL-6、FBP、HbA1c、FINS and HOMA-IR in clinical DN group were significantly higher than those in early DN group,P<0.05.Linear correlation analysis showed that serum MCP-1 and IL-6 levels in DN patients were positively correlated with FBP、HbA1c、FINS and HOMA-IR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum MCP-1 and IL-6 in DN patients were positively correlated with their glucose metabolism disorders.In clinical practice,the level of serum MCP-1 and IL-6 in diabetes patients can be measured to assess their glucose metabolism disorders.
