摘　　要：目的 探讨分析BCG膀胱内灌注对早期膀胱癌模型大鼠的治疗效果。方法 选择40只SD大鼠,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组20只。建立膀胱癌模型后,对照组予生理盐水,实验组采用BCG膀胱内灌注。对比两组大鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡率、自噬水平与周期分布。结果 实验组肿瘤细胞凋亡率、自噬水平及G0/G1期肿瘤细胞周期分布均高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组S期、G2/M期肿瘤细胞周期分布低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 BCG膀胱内灌注对早期膀胱癌大鼠具有显著的抗肿瘤效果。Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of BCG intravesical perfusion on early bladder cancer model rats.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 20 rats in each group.After the bladder cancer model was established,the control group was given normal saline,and the experimental group was given BCG intravesical perfusion.The apoptosis rate,autophagy level and cycle distribution of tumor cells in two groups were compared.Results:The apoptosis rate,autophagy level and cell cycle distribution of G0/G1 phase in experimental group were higher than those in control group,P<0.05.The distribution of tumor cell cycle in S phase and G2/M phase in experimental group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:BCG intravesical perfusion has significant anti-tumor effect on early bladder cancer rats.
