摘　　要：目的 分析自拟加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤在痰热蕴肺型慢阻肺急性加重期患者中的应用效果。方法 根据随机数字表法将2023年1月至2023年12月张家港市第六人民医院收治的痰热蕴肺型慢阻肺急性加重期患者100例分为接受常规治疗的对照组和增加自拟加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗的观察组,各50例。比较炎症因子、凝血功能及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗2周后,观察组D-二聚体、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞计数均较对照组低,凝血酶原时间较对照组长,P<0.05。结论 自拟加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗痰热蕴肺型慢阻肺急性加重期患者的效果显著,能减轻炎症反应,调节凝血功能。Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-heat accumulation in the lung admitted to Zhangjiagang Sixth People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control group receiving routine treatment and the observation group with self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,50 cases in each group.The inflammatory factors、coagulation function and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than control group,P<0.05.After 2 weeks of treatment,the D-dimer、tumor necrosis factor-αand white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than the control group,the prothrombin time was longer than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type,which can reduce inflammation and regulate coagulation function.
