摘　　要：目的 探讨老年高脂血症患者接受基于移动健康干预的中医药管理模式的干预效果。方法 选择2021年1月至2021年12月广州市增城区公共卫生管理信息系统检索并接受干预的200例高脂血症患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为常规组和实验组,每组100例。常规组接受基于家庭医生签约的服务模式,实验组提供基于移动健康干预的中医药管理模式。比较两组患者的血脂指标及偏颇体质转化情况。结果 实验组在疾病管理后的血脂指标均低于常规组,P<0.05;疾病管理后,实验组体质转化为平和质的占比明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论 基于移动健康干预的中医药管理模式对老年高脂血症的干预效果显著,能有效调节血脂水平,促进体质改善,值得推广。Objective:To explore the TCM management model based on mobile health intervention in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and its intervention effect.Methods:200 hyperlipidemia patients retrieved and received intervention from the Public Health Management Information system of Zengcheng District from January to December 2021 were selected as cases and divided into two groups with 100 cases each.The conventional group received the service model based on the family doctor contract,and the experimental group provided the TCM management model based on the mobile health intervention.The blood lipid index and the biased physical transformation of the two groups were compared.Results:All the blood lipid index were lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the proportion of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the data were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM management mode based on mobile health intervention has a significant effect on the hyperlipidemia intervention in the elderly,and can realize the effective regulation of blood lipid level and effectively promote the physical improvement,which is worth promoting.
