摘　　要：目的 探索穴位贴敷调整脾、肾两经治疗中老年女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法 选择北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院收治的60中老年女性SUI患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组接受穴位贴敷治疗,对照组接受安慰剂治疗。治疗8周后,观察对比两组尿失禁生活质量、脾、肾两经经络异常量表。结果 两组患者治疗后I-QOL评分对比,治疗组高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前后经络诊察评分对比,治疗后均低于治疗前,同时治疗组评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 穴位贴敷调整脾、肾两经治疗中老年女性SUI疗效显著,能改善患者经络异常状态,提高患者生活质量,且疗效稳定。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application on regulating spleen and kidney meridians in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods:60 middleaged and elderly female SUI patients admitted to Huguosi Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupoint sticking therapy,while the control group received placebo therapy.After 8 weeks of treatment,the quality of life of urinary incontinence,spleen and kidney meridian abnormality scale were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the I-QOL scores of the two groups were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of meridian examination before and after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint application to adjust spleen and kidney meridians has a significant effect on middle-aged and elderly women with SUI,which can improve the abnormal state of meridians and improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is stable.
