盆底治疗仪联合阴道内中药治疗对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨盆底治疗仪联合阴道内中药治疗对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响。方法 选择2022年4月至2024年4月期间杭州市第三人民医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组接受盆底治疗仪联合阴道内中药治疗,对照组接受盆底治疗仪联合中药灌肠治疗。比较两组患者预后情况。结果 两组患者治疗前,下腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛的VAS评分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的下腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛VAS评分较更低,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前盆腔积液深度对比,P>0.05;治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的盆腔积液深度明显更低,P<0.05。结论 盆底治疗仪联合阴道内中药治疗可显著改善慢性盆腔炎患者下腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛症状,降低盆腔积液深度。Objective:To Objective to explore the effect of pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with vaginal traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hangzhou from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine in vagina,while the control group was treated with pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:before treatment,the VAS scores of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS scores of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in the observation group were lower,P<0.05.Comparison of the depth of pelvic effusion between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,compared with the control group,the depth of pelvic effusion in the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with vaginal Chinese medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and reduce the depth of pelvic effusion.
