摘　　要：目的 研究前质量控制在保证凝血检验结果准确性中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年1月期间在赤峰市肿瘤医院进行血液检验的100例受检者,按照不同管理方式分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取传统管理措施,研究组实施前质量控制。对比两组检验质量,分析不同因素对凝血研究结果的影响。结果 相比对照组,研究组检验质量优良率较高,P<0.05。结论 标本放置时间、离心时间、溶血与否、标本采集量均会对凝血检验结果产生影响。通过实施前质量控制,可确保凝血检验结果的准确性和优良率。Objective:To study the application effect of pre-quality control in ensuring the accuracy of coagulation test results.Methods:100 cases of blood test in Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different management methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional management measures,while the research group implemented pre-quality control.The quality of the two groups was compared,and the influence of different factors on the results of coagulation research was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of inspection quality in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The time of specimen placement、centrifugation time、hemolysis or not and the amount of specimen collected will all affect the results of coagulation test.Through the implementation of pre-quality control,the accuracy and excellent rate of coagulation test results can be ensured.
