全程绿色通道护理在胸痛患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探究全程绿色通道护理在胸痛患者中的应用价值。方法 选择2020年1月至2022年1月长沙市第四医院急诊收治的100例胸痛患者,按时间顺序分歪打正着与研究组,各50例。对照组采取常规急诊护理,研究组采取全程绿色通道护理。比较两组急救时间、心功能、护理满意度、不良事件发生率及死亡率。结果 研究组各项急救时间均短于对照组,心功能指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度评分较对照组更高,P<0.05。研究组不良事件发生率及死亡率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对胸痛患者采用全程绿色通道护理具有显著的应用价值,可提高急救效率,改善患者心功能,减少不良事件,降低死亡率。Objective:To explore the application value of green channel nursing in patients with chest pain.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,100 patients with chest pain admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha were selected and divided into the study group and the study group in chronological order,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine emergency care,while the research group took the whole course of green channel care.The first aid time、cardiac function、nursing satisfaction、incidence of adverse events and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:The first aid time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the cardiac function index was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence and mortality of adverse events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is of great application value to adopt the whole-course green channel nursing for patients with chest pain,which can improve the efficiency of first aid,improve patients'cardiac function,reduce adverse events and reduce mortality.
