手足十二针对脑梗死急性期患者发病后认知功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察分析手足十二针对脑梗死急性期患者发病后认知功能障碍的预防效果及安全性情况。方法 选择2021年10月至2023年10月北京中医医院怀柔医院脑病科收治的102例脑梗死急性期患者,均给予常规西药治疗。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规康复干预)和治疗组(常规康复干预联合手足十二针疗法),各51例。比较两组患者干预前后脑部血液循环、认知功能、神经功能及安全性。结果 两组干预前脑部血液循环指标、MMSE评分、NIHSS评分及不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05;干预后,治疗组脑部血液循环指标及上述评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 手足十二针应用于脑梗死急性期患者治疗中可改善其认知功能与神经功能,并改善脑部血液循环,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe and analyze the preventive effect and safety of twelve acupuncture points on hand and foot on cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2023102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with routine western medicine.Randomly divided into control group(routine rehabilitation intervention)and treatment group(routine rehabilitation intervention combined with twelve-needle therapy of hands and feet),with 51 cases in each group.The cerebral blood circulation、cognitive function、neurological function and safety of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:The indexes of cerebral blood circulation、MMSE score、NIHSS score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05.After the intervention,the indexes of cerebral blood circulation and the above scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Twelve hands and feet acupuncture can improve the cognitive function and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the blood circulation of the brain,and it is safe.
