摘　　要：目的 研究切开复位内固定术联合韧带修复术对踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者足踝功能的影响。方法 选择2021年1月至2024年1月期间湖北省宜昌市中心人民医院收治的踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组患者采取不同手术方案进行治疗,比较围手术期指标、踝关节恢复情况、足踝功能、疼痛、生活质量、并发症。结果 观察组手术时间长于对照组,住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,P<0.05。两组术中出血量对比,P>0.05;手术后,观察组踝关节恢复情况、足踝功能评分、疼痛评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。手术后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。两组并发症发生率对比,P>0.05。结论 对踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者在采用切开复位内固定术联合韧带修复术治疗后,其足踝功能可有效改善,并可减轻疼痛,提升生活质量,加速康复,且安全性良好。Objective:To study the effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with ligament repair on ankle function in patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2024,80 patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury in Yichang Central People's Hospital of Hubei Province were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with different surgical schemes,and the perioperative indicators、ankle recovery、ankle function、pain、quality of life and complications were compared.Results:The operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was compared,P>0.05;After the operation,the ankle joint recovery,ankle function score and pain score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.After operation,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:After open reduction and internal fixation combined with ligament repair for patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury,their ankle function can be effectively improved,pain can be alleviated,quality of life can be improved,rehabilitation can be accelerated,and the safety is good.
