摘　　要：目的 观察自制无纺布外包水囊对手术患者压疮的预防效果。方法 选取2023年6月至2023年11月韶州人民医院收治的50例长时间手术患者为对照组;选取2023年12月至2024年5月医院收治的50例行长时间手术患者为观察组。对照组采用常规体位垫联合手术体位护理,观察组在对照组基础上术前予无纺布外包水囊。比较两组压疮预防效果。结果 观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术中体位稳定性和术野暴露优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后舒适度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 自制无纺布外包水囊可降低手术患者术中压疮发生风险,提高体位稳定性,保证术野暴露,并提高患者舒适度。Objective:To observe the preventive effect of self-made non-woven fabric wrapped with water bag on pressure sore in surgical patients.Methods:From June 2023 to November 2023,50 patients with long-term operation in Shaozhou People's Hospital were selected as the control group.From December 2023 to May 2024,50 patients with long-term operation were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine posture pad combined with surgical posture nursing,while the observation group was given non-woven fabric with water bag before operation on the basis of the control group.The prevention effect of pressure sore was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The posture stability and surgical field exposure in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The postoperative comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Self-made non-woven fabric wrapped with water bag can reduce the risk of pressure sore during operation,improve the stability of posture,ensure the exposure of surgical field and improve the comfort of patients.
