摘 要:目的 探讨景观治疗对疗养中心疗养人员心理压力和睡眠的改善效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年12月火箭军广州特勤疗养中心疗养一区入住的疗养人员200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规疗养干预,观察组实行常规疗养干预联合景观治疗。对比两组焦虑抑郁程度、知觉压力水平和睡眠质量。结果 干预后,两组患者SAS以及SDS评分相较于治疗之前均有所下降,与对照组相比,观察组评分下降明显,P<0.05。在实施景观治疗之后,对照组患者与观察组患者在CPSS评分上均低于治疗之前,观察组评分下降明显,P<0.05;在实施景观治疗之后,观察组患者与对照组患者在PSQI评分上相较于治疗之前均下降,观察组评分下降低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对疗养中心疗养人员实行景观治疗可减轻其焦虑、抑郁程度和知觉压力,提高其睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effect of landscape therapy on improving psychological stress and sleep of convalescent staff in convalescent center.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,a total of 200 patients were selected from Area 1 of Guangzhou Special Service Recuperation Center of the Rocket Army,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional convalescent intervention,and the observation group received conventional convalescent intervention combined with landscape therapy.The degree of anxiety and depression,perceived stress level and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).After the implementation of landscape therapy,the CPSS scores of both control group and observation group were lower than before treatment,and the scores of observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After the implementation of landscape therapy,the PSQI scores of patients in the observation group and the control group were decreased compared with before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Landscape therapy can reduce anxiety,depression and perceived stress and improve the quality of sleep.
