摘　　要：目的 比较不同穿刺方式对长期血透患者并发症的预防效果。方法 选择2023年2月至2023年10月期间在丰县人民医院以动静脉内瘘为血管通路进行维持性血液透析治疗的80例慢性肾衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用区域法进行内瘘穿刺,研究组采用绳梯法进行穿刺。比较两组护理效果。结果 研究组一次性穿刺成功率较对照组高,但单次穿刺耗时较对照组更长,P<0.05。研究组并发症总发生率较对照组低,P<0.05。护理后,研究组舒适度分数较对照组高,P<0.05。研究组总满意率较对照组高,P<0.05。结论 在维持性血液透析患者内瘘穿刺时采用绳梯法的效果更好,并发症少,患者满意度高。Objective:To compare the preventive effects of different puncture methods on complications of longterm hemodialysis patients.Methods:From February 2023 to October 2023,80 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent maintenance hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula as vascular access in Fengxian People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to digital random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used regional puncture for internal fistula,while the study group used rope ladder puncture.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of one-time puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the time required for a single puncture was longer than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The rope ladder method is more effective in the puncture of internal fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients,with fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
