粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗过敏性鼻炎的应用及预后情况评估

摘　　要：目的 研究过敏性鼻炎治疗中采用粉尘螨剂舌下脱敏的临床效果。方法 选择2021年9月至2023年9月在盘州市人民医院接受治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者,共计78例,采取随机分组的方式,将组别命名为参照组、观察组,各分入39例。参照组接受常规方案治疗,观察组接受粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗。对比两组临床症状积分、TMS、VAS评分、肺功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组护理后临床症状积分低于参照组,TMS、VAS评分均低于参照组,肺功能指标高于参照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率低于参照组,P<0.05。结论 对过敏性鼻炎患者使用粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗法的临床疗效更佳。Objective:To study the clinical effect of sublingual desensitization with dermatophagoides farinae in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in Panzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received sublingual desensitization treatment with Dermatophagoides farinae drops.Clinical symptom score、TMS、VAS score、lung function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical symptom score、TMS and VAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the lung function index was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of sublingual desensitization treatment with dust mite drops is better for patients with allergic rhinitis.
