摘　　要：大数据背景下,各行各业对应用统计专业硕士人才的需求越来越高,高级数据分析人才培养进入一个崭新的发展阶段。为了解应用统计专业研究生人才培养现状及存在的问题,设计了包括基本信息、人才培养、课程设计、教师授课、就业方向共五个部分的调查问卷,对影响专业硕士人才培养质量的主要方面进行分析,并结合我国国情和社会背景提出了相应对策建议。In the context of big data,the demand in various industries for talents with master's degree in applied statistics major is increasing,and the cultivation of advanced data analysis talents has entered a new stage of development.In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of talent training for postgraduate students in applied statistics major,this paper designs a questionnaire including basic information,talents training,curriculum design,teachers'teaching and employment direction to analyze the main aspects affecting the quality of talents training for postgraduate students in applied statistics major,and combined with the national conditions and social background of our country,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
