摘  要:利用2-氨基苯硫酚、丙二腈、苯甲醛等廉价易得的原料,经成环、取代、还原等过程,合成了2位氰甲基和芳基取代的苯并噻唑化合物,将其作为探针与马铃薯Y病毒PQS-10 G-四链体序列相互作用。经紫外可见吸收光谱仪检测,结果表明可以将该苯并噻唑化合物作为荧光探针,检测马铃薯Y病毒中的G-四链体序列,从而为深入研究马铃薯Y病毒G-四链体的功能和马铃薯Y病毒的检测与防治提供支持。The raw materials that are cheap and easy to get such as 2-aminothiophenol,malononitrile and benzaldehyde are utilized to synthesize benzothiazole compounds replaced by 2-cyanomethyl and aryl by ring-forming,substitution and reduction processes,which are used as probes to interact with the potato virus Y and PQS-10 Gquadruplex sequence.The results after detection by UV-visible absorption spectrometer show that the benzothiazole compounds can be used as fluorescent probe to detect the G-quadruplex sequence in potato virus Y,so as to provide support for the in-depth study of the function of potato virus Y G-quadruplex and the detection and control of potato Y virus.
