摘　　要：目的分析新疆维吾尔自治区(新疆)县(市、区)级实验室尿碘外质控考核结果,评价县(市、区)级实验室尿碘检测能力,为新疆碘缺乏病监测工作提供参考依据。方法采用Z比评分法、参考值和不确定度法对2017-2019年参加尿碘外质控考核的新疆各县(市、区)级实验室进行结果分析与评价。结果2017-2019年参加考核的县(市、区)级实验室覆盖率分别为53.13%(51/96)、66.67%(64/96)、67.71%(65/96),反馈率均为100%;Z比评分法合格率分别为76.47%(39/51)、93.75%(60/64)、89.23%(58/65),3年平均合格率为86.48%。参考值和不确定度法合格率分别为92.16%(47/51)、96.88%(62/64)、76.92%(50/65),3年平均合格率为88.65%。结论新疆县(市、区)级尿碘实验室外质控考核覆盖率逐年上升,仅2018年考核合格率达到90%的标准要求,3年考核平均合格率尚未达标。新疆县(市、区)级实验室尿碘检测能力仍有待提高。Objective To analyze the assessment results of external quality control of urine iodine in county(city,district)level laboratories in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang),to evaluate the ability of the laboratories in testing urine iodine,and to provide a reference basis for monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinjiang.Methods The Z-ratio scoring method,reference value and uncertainty method were used to analyze and evaluate the results of county(city,district)level laboratories participating in the urine iodine external quality control assessment in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2019.Results The coverage rates of county(city,district)level laboratories participating in the assessment in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2019 were 53.13%(51/96),66.67%(64/96),and 67.71%(65/96),respectively,with a feedback rate of 100%.The Z-ratio scoring method had qualification rates of 76.47%(39/51),93.75%(60/64),and 89.23%(58/65),respectively,with an average qualification rate of 86.48%over the past three years.The qualification rates of the reference value and uncertainty method were 92.16%(47/51),96.88%(62/64),and 76.92%(50/65),respectively,with an average qualification rate of 88.65%over the past three years.Conclusions The coverage rate of urine iodine external quality control assessment in county(city,district)level laboratories in Xinjiang has been increasing year by year.Only the standard requirement of achieving a qualification rate of 90%in the 2018 assessment is met,and the average qualification rate over the past three years has not yet reached the standard.The urine iodine detection capability of county(city,district)level laboratories in Xinjiang still needs to be improved.
