摘  要:钯基催化剂是一类重要的催化加氢催化剂,具有催化活性高、适用性广等优势,但过高的加氢活性限制了其在选择性加氢反应中的应用。利用二硫化铁-还原氧化石墨烯(FeS_(2)-rGO)复合载体负载钯,制备了一种新型Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO催化剂,并对其催化硝基芳烃选择性加氢制芳胺反应性能进行了研究。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征手段对Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO催化剂进行了表征分析,探究了载体对催化硝基芳烃选择性加氢性能的调控影响规律。研究结果表明,FeS_(2)-rGO复合载体对Pd具有优异的分散作用和电子调控能力,使Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO催化剂催化硝基氯苯加氢反应转化率和选择性都达99%。此外,催化剂对硝基芳烃选择性加氢反应具有优异的普适性和循环稳定性,循环复用6次而无性能下降。为高效硝基芳烃选择性加氢催化剂的开发提供了新思路。Palladium-based catalysts are known as effective catalysts for hydrogenation reactions with wide applicability,while the excessive hydrogenation activity limits their application in selective hydrogenation reactions.In this study,a novel Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO catalyst was prepared by loading palladium onto a FeS_(2)-rGO composite carrier,and its catalytic performance towards the selective hydrogenation of nitroarenes to aromatic amines was investigated.The Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The influence of the carrier on the catalytic performance was explored.The results show that the FeS_(2)-rGO composite carrier can well disperse and regulate the electron density of Pd,resulting in a 99%conversion and selectivity for the hydrogenation of 4-chloronitrobenzene over the Pd/FeS_(2)-rGO catalyst.In addition,the catalyst also showed excellent universality and cycling stability for the selective hydrogenation of various nitroarenes,which could be recycled six times without performance degradation.This study provides a new idea for developing high-efficiency catalysts for the selective hydrogenation of nitroarenes.
