摘　　要：目的:探究利拉鲁肽在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗中的控糖效果。方法:将166例于2021年7月至2023年7月在将乐县总医院就诊的T2DM合并复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者纳入研究,按照不同治疗方式分为对照组(84例,硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊、中药外洗联合二甲双胍治疗)、观察组(82例,在对照组治疗方案中加入利拉鲁肽),比较两组患者的控糖效果(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平)、不良反应(低血糖、腹泻、恶心、呕吐)发生率及临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(13.10%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率(98.78%)高于对照组(90.48%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在T2DM合并复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者的常规治疗中加入利拉鲁肽,患者的血糖调节效果更佳,且能降低不良反应发生风险,有助于提升临床疗效。Objective To investigate the sugar-controlling efficacy of liraglutide in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated by recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 166 patients with T2DM complicated by recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis who visited Jiangle County General Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into a control group(84 cases,treated with miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsules,traditional Chinese medicine external wash combined with metformin)and an observation group(82 cases,with liraglutide added to the treatment regimen of the control group).The sugar-controlling effects(fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels),incidence of adverse reactions(hypoglycemia,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting),and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,with the observation group showing even lower levels,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(13.10%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(98.78%)was higher than that in the control group(90.48%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of liraglutide into the conventional treatment of patients with T2DM complicated by recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis results in better blood sugar regulation,it can reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and help to improve clinical efficacy.
