克霉唑阴道片联合蛇黄洗剂治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨克霉唑阴道片与蛇黄洗剂联合治疗霉菌性阴道炎(VVC)的效果。方法:选取南京中医药大学附属南京中医院2019年1月至2023年12月收治的80例VVC患者作为研究对象,应用抽签法进行随机分组,分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组采取克霉唑阴道片联合蛇黄洗剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,外阴瘙痒及红肿、白带异常、腰腹酸痛、尿痛及尿频相关临床症状缓解时间,治疗前后白带常规指标变化及阴道清洁度情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率(97.50 %)高于对照组(82.50 %);观察组患者外阴瘙痒、腰腹酸痛、白带异常、尿痛及尿频缓解时间均短于对照组;治疗后两组患者白带白细胞计数、阴道氢离子浓度指数(pH)明显降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后两组患者阴道清洁度Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度百分比明显增加,且观察组高于对照组,Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度百分比明显降低,且观察组低于对照组。以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对VVC患者在常规克霉唑阴道片治疗基础上增加蛇黄洗剂可提升其临床疗效,快速缓解临床症状,可能与蛇黄洗剂杀菌消炎、抑制细菌生长、改善阴道炎症反应及pH、提升阴道清洁度有关。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and shehuang lotion in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods Eighty VVC patients admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided according to a lottery method into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,while the observation group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with shehuang lotion.The clinical efficacy,duration of clinical symptoms associated with external genital itching and redness,abnormal vaginal discharge,lower back and abdominal pain,painful urination and frequent urination,as well as changes in vaginal routine and cleanliness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of the control group(82.5%).The observation group had shorter relief times for external genital itching,lower back and abdominal pain,abnormal vaginal discharge,urinary pain and urinary frequency compared to the control group.After treatment,the leukocyte counts and vaginal pondus hydrogenii(pH)of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the indexes of the observation group was lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the percentage of vaginal cleanliness level I and II in both groups of patients increased significantly,and the indexes of the observation group was higher than the control group.The percentage of vaginal cleanliness level III and IV decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than those of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For VVC patients,adding shehuang lotion on the basis of conventional clotrimazole vaginal tablets can improve its clinical efficacy and quick
