摘 要:目的:评估高速涡轮牙钻和微创拔牙刀在阻生智齿拔除术中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2023年1月1日到2024年6月30日,在徐州医科大学附属医院口腔科门诊拔牙的80例阻生智齿患者,用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组行传统拔牙,观察组行微创拔牙。所有患者均接受标准术前准备及术后护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛、术后肿胀程度以及恢复时间。结果:研究结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组患者在手术时间和术后恢复时间方面较短,术后疼痛及肿胀程度明显更轻,且术中创伤小、术后恢复更快,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮牙钻及微创拔牙刀在阻生智齿拔除术中具有较高的临床应用价值,能有效改善患者的手术体验和术后恢复效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of high-speed turbine drill and minimally invasive tooth extraction knife in the extraction of obstructed wisdom teeth.Methods A total of 80 patients with obstructed wisdom teeth who underwent tooth extraction at the outpatient department of the stomatology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University,from January 1,2023 to June 30,2024,were randomly selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group underwent traditional tooth extraction,while the observation group underwent minimally invasive tooth extraction.All patients received standard preoperative preparation and postoperative care,and the two groups of patients were compared in terms of surgical time,postoperative pain,postoperative swelling degree,and recovery time.Results The research results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter surgery time and postoperative recovery time,significantly reduced postoperative pain and swelling,and had less intraoperative trauma and faster postoperative recovery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High-speed turbine drills and minimally invasive tooth extraction knives have high clinical application value in the extraction of obstructed wisdom teeth,which can effectively improve the surgical experience and postoperative recovery of patients.
