摘 要:采用真空电弧熔炼炉制备了Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x)(x=0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2)高熵合金铸锭。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、维氏硬度计、往复式摩擦磨损试验机以及电化学工作站研究了不同含量的Cu对Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x)合金微观组织、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的影响。研究表明,随着Cu含量的增加,铸态Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x)高熵合金的相结构未发生改变,但合金的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性随着Cu含量的增加先升高后降低。在x=0.6时,合金的耐磨性能与耐腐蚀性能相对最佳。High-entropy alloy ingots of Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x)(x=0,0.3,0.6,0.9 and 1.2)were prepared byusing of a vacuum arc melting furnace.The effects of different contents of Cu on the microstructure,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x) alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Vickers hardness tester,reciprocating friction and wear tester,and electro-chemical workstation.It showed that with increasing Cu content,the phase structure of the as-cast Al_(2)CrFeMo_(0.5)Ni_(2)Cu_(x) high-entropy alloys remained unchanged,but the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloys were firstly increased and then decreased.At x=0.6,the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy were comparatively the best.
