摘 要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能拉伸试验机和硬度测试仪等手段,研究了不同锰铁比对ADC12合金中富铁相形貌变化及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,锰元素的加入使粗大长针状β-Fe相先转变为简单汉字状或者块状α-Fe相,随着Mn含量的增加,α-Fe相转变为复杂汉字状或者鱼骨状,合金的抗拉强度及断后伸长率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当Mn/Fe=1∶1时力学性能最好,抗拉强度最大225 MPa,较原始提高30%,此时的断后伸长率为1.25%,较原始提高25%。T6热处理对α-Fe相影响很小,但可使长针状β-Fe相溶解断裂,其力学性能随着Mn含量的增加,合金的抗拉强度及断后伸长率呈现先增大后减小趋势。当锰铁比1:1时抗拉强度最大238MPa,较未热处理提高5.7%,此时的伸长率为1.45%,较未热处理提高16%。The effects of different manganese iron ratios on the morphology and mechanical properties of iron rich phases in ADC12 alloy were studied by using of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),universal tensile testing machine,hardness tester and other methods.The experimental results show that the coarse long needle β-Fe phase changes into simple Chinese character or massive α-Fe phase at first with the addition of manganese,and theα-Fe phase changes into complex Chinese character or fishbone with the increase of manganese content.With the increase of Mn content,the tensile strength and elongation after breaking showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When Mn/Fe=1∶1,the mechanical properties were the best,and the tensile strength was the maximum 225 MPa,which was 30%higher than the original,and the elongation at this time was 1.25%,which was 25% higher than the original.T6 heat treatment had little effect on the α-Fe phase,but could dissolve and fracture the long needle β-Fe phase;With the increase of Mn content,the tensile strength and elongation after fracture of the alloy increased first and then decreased.When the ratio of manganese to iron was 1∶1,the maximum tensile strength was 238 MPa,which was 5.7% higher than that without heat treatment,and the elongation at this time was 1.45%,which was 16% higher than that without heat treatment.
