摘　　要：介绍了矿用自卸车机架前座铸钢件的失效情况,重点分析了失效件的断口形貌、金相组织等,并结合铸造生产过程分析,确定了断裂的根本原因。制定并实施了工艺改进方案,解决了铸造裂纹问题,有效提升了产品质量。The failure of the front seat steel casting of dump truck frame used for mining was introduced,and the fracture morphologies and metallographic structures of the failed parts were emphatically analyzed,and combining with the analysis of casting production processes,the primary causes of the cracks were confirmed.A process improvement scheme had been developed and carried out,solved the casting crack problem and effectively promoted the product quality.
