摘  要:远端气道干细胞(DASCs)是远端呼吸道中一种表达肿瘤蛋白-63(p63)和角蛋白-5(Krt5)的成体肺干细胞。研究发现,DASCs可以特定植入受损的肺区域,通过再生远端气道上皮细胞或减轻炎症反应等机制促进肺损伤修复。此外,DASCs也与肺部病理性重塑密切相关,例如肺慢性炎症及纤维化。该研究综述了DASCs的来源、分离培养与生物学特性,DASCs修复肺损伤的机制及DASCs与肺部病理性重塑的关系,以期为DASCs治疗肺部疾病的深入研究提供理论依据。Distal airway stem cells(DASCs)are adult lung stem cells in the distal airways that express tumor protein-63(p63)and keratin-5(Krt5).DASCs have been found to be specifically implanted in damaged lung regions and promote lung injury repair through mechanisms such as regenerating distal airway epithelial cells or attenuating inflammatory responses.In addition,DASCs are also closely associated with pathological lung remodeling,such as chronic inflammation and fibrosis in the lungs.In this paper,we review the origin,isolation culture and biological properties of DASCs,the mechanism of lung injury repair by DASCs and the relationship between DASCs and pathological lung remodeling,with the aim of providing theoretical basis for the in-depth study of DASCs in the treatment of lung diseases.
