摘　　要：随着全面从严治党和纪检监察体制改革的深入推进,精准监督逐渐向基层拓展。习近平总书记在二十届中央纪委三次全会上强调,要深化整治医药等权力集中、资金密集、资源富集领域的腐败,清理风险隐患。医药领域腐败问题长期以来受到广泛关注,随着医疗反腐工作的持续推进、举报渠道的畅通以及公众法律意识和维权意识的增强,相关的检举控告类信访举报日益增多。公立医院纪检部门必须紧扣医药领域腐败问题的新情况新动向,妥善处理检举控告类信访举报,切实保障人民群众的利益。本文作者通过对深圳某医院纪检部门近年来处理检举控告类信访举报的情况进行分析,查找检举控告类信访举报办理存在的问题,探索提升公立医院纪检部门检举控告类信访举报办理质效的对策。With the deepening of the comprehensive strict governance of the Party and the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system,precise supervision is gradually expanding to the grassroots level.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection that it is necessary to deepen the rectification of corruption in areas such as medicine where power is concentrated,funds are intensive,and resources are abundant,and to clean up risks and hidden dangers.The issue of corruption in the pharmaceutical industry has long been widely concerned.With the continuous promotion of medical anti-corruption work,the smooth flow of reporting channels,and the enhancement of public legal awareness and rights protection awareness,there is an increasing number of related complaints and petitions.The disciplinary inspection department of public hospitals must closely follow the new situation and trends of corruption in the medical field,properly handle reports and accusations,and effectively safeguard the interests of the people.The authors analyze the handling of complaints and petitions by the disciplinary inspection department of a hospital in Shenzhen in recent years,identifies the problems in handling complaints and petitions,and explores strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of handling complaints and petitions by the disciplinary inspection department of public hospitals.
