摘　　要：在当今信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,医院病案信息技术化进程已成为提升治疗效率与服务品质的关键路径,同时,也是构建先进医疗网络系统的基础。随着卫生保健服务由传统的实体档案管理模式向数字化健康档案系统转型,相关数据的增长速度呈现指数级态势,然而,数字化转型过程也伴随着前所未有的挑战,特别是在确保网络信息安全方面。医院病案内含有大量敏感的个体隐私数据,近年来随着网络攻击事件的频发,如勒索软件攻击、数据泄露等,医院病案成为此类侵害行为的直接受害者,不仅可能导致患者个人信息的泄露,还可能对医院的名誉和财务状况造成深远的负面影响,因此,需加强医院病案信息化建设的网络安全防护成为重要任务。In the context of rapid advancements in information technology,the informatization process of hospital medical records has become a critical path to improving treatment efficiency and service quality,and also forms the foundation of building advanced medical network systems.As healthcare services transition from traditional physical record management models to digital health record systems,the growth rate of related data shows exponential trends.However,this digital transformation process comes with unprecedented challenges,particularly in ensuring network information security.Hospital medical records contain a large amount of sensitive personal privacy data.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of network attacks such as ransomware attacks and data breaches has made hospital medical records direct victims of such infringements.Such incidents may lead not only to the disclosure of patients'personal information but also have a far-reaching negative impact on the reputation and financial status of hospitals.Therefore,strengthening network security protection in the informatization of hospital medical records is an important task.
