摘 要:在数字化时代的背景下,区块链技术的引入为高校数字档案馆建设提供诸多技术优势。通过去中心化、数据不可篡改和分布式存储的特点,区块链能够有效解决传统档案管理系统中的数据安全与完整性问题,实现档案管理的自动化处理,提升跨部门协同工作效率。然而,区块链在实际应用中也面临着标准化、数据安全管理滞后以及应用场景局限等困境。对此,通过搭建高校档案数据管理联盟系统、优化共识机制、实施分层架构及引入高效的数据处理技术,从而克服“高能低效”的挑战,推动高校档案馆的高质量发展。In the context of the digital era,the introduction of blockchain technology provides numerous technical advantages for the construction of digital archives in universities.Through the characteristics of decentralization,immutability of data,and distributed storage,blockchain can effectively address issues of data security and integrity in traditional archive management systems,enabling automated processing of archival tasks and enhancing crossdepartmental collaboration efficiency.However,blockchain also faces challenges such as standardization,lagging data security management,and limited application scenarios.To overcome these challenges,this paper proposes building a university archive data management alliance system,optimizing consensus mechanisms,implementing hierarchical architecture,and introducing efficient data processing technologies.These measures aim to address the"high energy and low efficiency"challenge and promote high-quality development of university archives.
