新时期高校档案信息化建设问题与对策研究

摘　　要：文章通过对高校档案信息化建设的分析,认为新时期高校档案信息化建设仍有较大的发展空间,主要存在建设与发展水平参差不齐、标准规范建设较为滞后、专业技术人员相对缺乏和安全风险隐患突出这几个主要问题。在此基础上,提出应通过进一步加大对档案信息化建设的投入,健全档案信息化的管理制度、标准规范,培养高素质的档案信息化人才,加强档案信息化安全建设这几个方面进行改进,以期高校档案信息化建设水平得到进一步提升。Based on an analysis of university archives informatization construction,this paper argues that there is still significant room for development in the new era.The main issues facing university archives informatization include uneven levels of development and progress,lagging standards and specifications,a relative lack of professional technical personnel,and prominent security risks.On this basis,it is proposed that improvements should be made through increased investment in archives informatization construction,the establishment of comprehensive management systems and standards,the cultivation of high-quality archival professionals,and enhanced security measures for archives informatization.These efforts aim to further elevate the level of university archives informatization construction.
