益生菌对动物肠道健康的作用机制及其在毛皮动物生产中的应用

摘　　要：自2019年农业农村部发布中华人民共和国农业农村部第194号公告以来,越来越多的畜禽养殖者通过添加微生态制剂和发酵饲料提高饲料利用率、促进动物肠道健康和肠道微生态平衡,提高动物的免疫防御能力,减少发病率。益生菌是对宿主肠道有益的一类活的菌群,益生菌及其代谢产物能够通过调节肠道微生物群落结构、改善胃肠道功能及增强机体免疫力等方式,对宿主的肠道健康起到改善作用。文章从益生菌改善肠道微生态平衡、促进营养物质消化吸收、强化免疫力和减轻应激反应四个方面阐述了益生菌改善动物肠道健康的作用机制,并论述了乳酸杆菌、芽孢杆菌和酵母菌等益生菌在毛皮动物生产中的应用现状,分析了毛皮动物益生菌研究在菌种选择、剂型开发、应用剂量等方面存在的问题,为研究益生菌对毛皮动物健康的影响及生产应用提供参考。Since the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the Announcement No.194 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China in 2019,more and more livestock and poultry breeders increase feed utilization rate,promote animal intestinal health and intestinal microecology balance,improve animal immune defense ability and reduce incidence rate by adding microecological agents and fermented feed.Probiotics are a type of living microbial community that is beneficial to the host's gut.Probiotics and their metabolites can improve the intestinal health of hosts by regulating the structure of the intestinal microbiota,improving gastrointestinal function,and enhancing the body's immunity.In this paper,the mechanism of probiotics in improving animal intestinal health was elaborated through improving intestinal microbial balance,promoting digestion and absorption of nutrients,strengthening immunity and reducing stress response.The current application status of probiotics such as Lactobacillus,bacillus and yeast in fur-animal production was discussed.The problems in the research of probiotics for fur-animals were analyzed in the aspects of strain selection,formulation development and application dosage.It provides reference for studying the effect of probiotics on fur-animal health and its application.
