摘 要:为研究复合中草药添加剂对畜禽生产性能的作用,应用中兽医药理论,选用具有补益正气,提高免疫功能和具有调节脾胃消化吸收功能的黄芪、甘草、麦芽、神曲、山楂、陈皮等天然中药与饲用纤维素酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌等材料,经过特定工艺制成具有固本增免功能的多酶生态化复合饲料添加剂,应用于试验鸡、猪、羊。在1组试验鸡的饲料中添加0.1%复合中草药添加剂,2组饲喂基础日粮。结果表明,180日龄蛋鸡和410日龄蛋鸡中1组的平均日产蛋量和平均蛋重均显著高于2组(P<0.05);1组日异常蛋率和料蛋比均显著低于2组(P<0.05);肉鸡试验中1组平均日采食量显著高于2组(P<0.05),平均日增重显著高于2组(P<0.05)。育肥猪研究中,在1组的饲料中添加0.1%复合中草药添加剂,2组饲料中不添加,1组平均日增重显著高于2组(P<0.05)。育肥羊的试验中,在1组每只羊精饲料中每日添加30 g复合中草药添加剂,2组不添加,1组平均日增重显著高于2组(P<0.05)。说明复合中草药添加剂对多种畜禽均有效果,可以显著提升畜禽生产性能。In order to study the effect of composite Chinese herbal additives on the production performance of livestock and poultry,this study applied the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and selected natural Chinese medicines such as Astragalus membranaceus,licorice,malt,divine comedy,hawthorn,tangerine neel have the functions of tonifying qi and improving the immune function,as well as the function of regulating digestive absorption of the spleen and stomach,and the materials of feeding cellulase,lipase,protease,glucose oxidase,yeast,Bacillus licheniformis,etc.Through specific processes,a multi-enzyme ecological compound feed additive with the function of fixing and increasing immunity was made and applied to experimental chickens,pigs and sheep.The results showed that the egg production and average egg weight of group 1 were higher than those of group 2 in both 180-day-old and 410-day-old laying hens(P<0.05);the abnormal egg rate and feed-to-egg ratio in Group 1 were lower than those in group 2(P<0.05);in the broiler experiment,group 1 had a significantly higher feed intake than group 2(P<0.05),and a significantly higher average daily weight gain than group 2(P<0.05).In the study of fattening pigs,the average daily weight gain of group 1 was significantly higher than that of group 2(P<0.05).In the experiment of fattening sheep,the average daily weight gain of group 1 was significantly higher than that of group 2(P<0.05).These results indicate that compound herbal additives is effective for many kinds of livestock and poultry,and can significantly improve the production performance of livestock and poultry.
