摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮添加复合益生菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫性能及肠绒毛形态的影响。试验期为32 d,将135头体重相近的断奶仔猪随机分成3组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮中添加乳酸菌和酵母菌(0.4%),试验2组在基础日粮中添加乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌(0.4%)。结果显示:试验1组和试验2组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1组和2组血清中的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-1(IL-1)各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),而试验2组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。十二指肠绒毛高度试验1组和2组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而空肠肠绒毛高度各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),空肠隐窝深度试验1组显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),十二指肠和回肠隐窝深度各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,复合益生菌制剂能够提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、血清免疫性能和改善绒毛形态。This study focused on the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance,immune performance and intestinal villus morphology of weaned piglets.The experiment lasted for 32 days,135 weaned piglets with similar weight were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 5 replicates in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,the experiment group 1 added lactic acid bacteria and yeast(0.4%)on the basis of daily diet,and experiment group 2 added lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus subtilis(0.4%)on the basis of daily diet.The results showed that average daily gain of the experiment groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA and IL-6 in the experiment groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in IL-1 among the experimental groups(P>0.05),while the levels of TNF-αin the experiment group 2 were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).The height of duodenum villi in experiment groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the height of intestinal villi in jejunum was not significantly different among groups(P>0.05).The depth of jejunum recess in experiment group 1 was significantly lower than that in control group and experiment group 2(P<0.05),and the depth of duodenum and ileum recess was not significantly different among groups(P>0.05).The results suggested that the compound probiotic preparation can improve the growth performance,serum immune function and villi morphology of weaned piglets.
