摘 要:为揭示功能性天然饲料添加剂月桂酸单甘酯(glycerol monolaurate,GML)在湖羊生长发育中发挥的重要调节作用和机制,开展了日粮中适量GML对育成期湖羊的饲喂试验。选取体重[(20±2)kg]均匀的湖羊30只,随机分为对照组、GML2.5组、GML3.5组,分别在日粮中添加0、2.5、3.5 g/kg GML,试验期132 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,GML2.5组和GML3.5组湖羊育成期增重增加(P>0.05),料重比降低(P>0.05);各组间内脏重无显著差异(P>0.05),GML组胴体增重增加(P>0.05);GML组湖羊肩肌、背长肌和臀肌亮度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);GML组血糖和血脂代谢有所改善,血清无机盐离子、胆红素、氮代谢产物浓度和代谢酶活性均有一定变化,GML组血清总蛋白和血球蛋白浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);GML组湖羊肝脏主要胆汁酸甘氨胆酸和牛磺胆酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GML2.5组甘氨胆酸显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GML2.5组和GML3.5组牛磺胆酸显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,GML可诱导湖羊肝脏胆汁酸浓度变化,改善饲料利用率、生产性能,调节各种生理代谢和生化指标等。To reveal the importance of glycerol monolaurate(GML)as a functional natural feed additive on growth and development of Hu sheep,a feeding experiment of moderate GML on growing Hu sheep was conducted.Thirty Hu sheep with uniform body weight[(20±2)kg]were randomly divided into control group,GML2.5 group and GML3.5 group,and fed diets supplemented with 0,2.5 and 3.5 g/kg GML,respectively,for 132 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight of Hu sheep in GML2.5 group and GML3.5 group increased(P>0.05),respectively,and the ratio of feed to gain decreased(P>0.05),respectively.There was no significant difference in visceral weight between GML groups and control group(P>0.05).The weight gain of Hu sheep carcass was increased,and the brightness of shoulder muscle,dorsal longus muscle and hip muscle of Hu sheep in GML groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood glucose and lipid metabolism could be improved and the concentration of serum inorganic salt ions,bilirubin,nitrogen metabolites and metabolic enzymes had been effected certainly in GML groups.The concentration of serum total protein and globular protein in GML groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of main bile acids glycyrcholic acid and taurocholic acid in liver of Hu sheep in GML groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and glycyrcholic acid in GML2.5 group was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).Taurocholic acid in GML2.5 and GML3.5 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,GML can induce the change of liver bile acid concentration,improve feed utilization and production performance of Hu sheep.
