摘  要:风力发电作为现有清洁能源的重要组成部分之一,其风电机组运行的效率与安全至关重要。以某风场东汽1.5MW机组为实验测试目标,对主轴超速、齿轮箱油温异常以及并网接触器三种典型故障进行分析研究,通过实验室测试与现场验证相结合的方式精确定位故障,从参数对比、试验测试与现场批量验证的方式提出解决故障的措施,保障了风力发电机组运行的安全性和可靠性,并为类似故障提供一定的经验借鉴。Wind power generation is one of the important components of the existing clean energy,the efficiency and safety of its wind turbine operation is very important.Taking Dongqi 1.5MW unit in a wind farm as the experimental test object,three typical faults of spindle overspeed,gearbox oil temperature anomaly and grid-connected contactors were analyzed and studied.The faults were accurately located through the combination of laboratory test and field verification,and the troubleshooting measures were proposed through parameter comparison,test test and field batch verification.The safety and reliability of wind turbine operation are guaranteed,and some experience is provided for similar failures.
