摘  要:提出了一种基于多层板的低剖面双极化广角扫描相控阵天线单元设计方法。该天线单元运用感应电流相互抵消的方法,有效地降低了广角扫描阵列天线阵元间的耦合电流,并可以在4.1~4.5 GHz的频带内实现双极化宽角扫描。在x极化和y极化下,均可以实现±50°的波束扫描范围,增益可以达到10.9 dBi,并且随着扫描角的增大,副瓣始终低于-10 dB,增益损失较少。该天线单元剖面高度仅0.075λ(λ为中心频点波长,即4.3 GHz对应波长)、尺寸仅0.25λ×0.25λ,在成本和剖面高度上相比于同频段传统相控阵天线单元具有显著优势,在相控阵雷达系统中具有巨大的应用潜力。A design method of low profile dual-polarization wide-angle scanning phased array antenna unit based on multi-layer board was presented.By using the method that the induced currents cancel each other,the coupling currents between the array units of the wide-angle scanning array antenna are effectively reduced.The antenna unit can achieve dual-polarization wide-angle scanning in the frequency band of 4.1-4.5 GHz.In x polarization and y polarization,a beam scanning range of±50°can be achieved.Gain can reach 10.9 dBi,and with increase of the scan angle,the sidelobe is always lower than-10 dB with less gain loss.The profile height of the antenna unit is only 0.075λ(λis the wavelength at the center frequency point,that is,the wavelength corresponding to 4.3 GHz.),and the size is only 0.25λ×0.25λ.Compared with the traditional phased array antenna unit in the same frequency band,the antenna unit has significant advantages in cost and profile height and has great application potential in phased array radar systems.
