摘  要:尿酸是体内嘌呤的代谢产物,其浓度异常与痛风、肾脏疾病及代谢紊乱等息息相关,检测体液中尿酸含量具有重要的临床意义。通过二氧化碳激光以优化的激光功率4.1 W、加工分辨率500 dpi雕刻聚酰亚胺制得了激光诱导石墨烯电极,具有较低的电阻(方块电阻为34.16Ω/)、较高的活性面积(为玻碳电极的1.8倍),基于循环伏安法对尿酸实现了较好的电化学检测,检测范围宽(10~2 000μmol/L),检测限低(1.2μmol/L),而且对潜在的干扰物(如腺苷、肌酐、抗坏血酸、L-半胱氨酸、尿素、葡萄糖、乳酸和乳糖等)展现出优异的抗干扰性能。将传感器用于健康志愿者尿液样品分析,得到加标回收率在99.03%~104.27%之间,相对标准偏差为2.85%,表明激光诱导石墨烯的尿酸传感器能够满足实际临床样品的检测需求。Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism in the human body,and its abnormal concentration is associated with some illnesses such as gout,kidney diseases and metabolic disorders,so it is of great clinical significance to detect uric acid content in body fluids.Laser-induced graphene electrodes were prepared by carbon dioxide laser with optimized power of 4.1 W and processing resolution of 500 dpi to scribe on polyimide sheets,which had low resistance(sheet resistance of 34.16Ω/□)and high active area(1.8 times that of the glassy carbon electrode).Based on cyclic voltammetry,the prepared electrodes provided excellent electrochemical detection of uric acid with wide detection range(10-2000μmol/L),low detection limit(1.2μmol/L)and excellent anti-interference performances to potential interferences(such as adenosine,creatinine,ascorbic acid,L-cysteine,urea,glucose,lactic acid and lactose).The prepared sensor was applied to the analysis of urine samples from healthy volunteers,achieving spike recovery rates in the range of 99.03%-104.27%and the relative standard deviation of 2.85%.This indicates that the laser-induced graphene uric acid sensor can meet the detection needs of clinical samples.
