摘 要:以水玻璃为原料,采用离子交换法制备碱性硅溶胶,考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、滴加速率以及硅酸质量分数对产物粒径和分散性的影响。利用激光粒度仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对硅溶胶粒径、结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,硅溶胶制备的最佳条件:搅拌速度为800 r/min,反应温度为95℃,滴加速率为1 mL/min,硅酸质量分数为5%。得到了平均粒径为18 nm、多分散指数为0.293的SiO_(2)球形颗粒,大小均匀且粒径分布窄,稳定性良好,不易凝胶。With the water glass as raw material,alkaline silica sols were prepared by ionexchange method,and the effects of stirring speed,reaction temperature,drop acceleration rate and silicic acid mass fraction on the particle size and dispersibility of the products were investigated.The silica sol particle size,structure and morphology were characterized by using laser particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectrometer,transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the optimal conditions for silica sol preparation are stirring speed of 800 r/min,reaction temperature of 95℃,drop acceleration rate of 1 mL/min and silicic acid mass fraction of 5%.SiO_(2) spherical particles with an average particle size of 18 nm and a polydispersity index of 0.293 are obtained,and they have uniform size,narrow particle size distribution,good stability and not easy to gel.
