摘　　要：《农村人居环境整治提升五年行动方案(2021-2025年)》是贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想和乡村振兴战略的重要指导方案。经过对J省9个村庄的实地调查,发现当前J省农村人居环境整治工作已取得重大进展,农村面貌持续改善,但村民参与度不高、监督激励考核措施不到位、传统建筑保护不当等问题仍然突出。在今后的环境治理实践中,要坚持问题导向、精准施策,努力增强村民主人翁意识,加快健全长效管护机制,着力打造凸显乡味、体现乡韵的美丽乡村,以此推动农村人居环境整治工作取得更为显著的成效。The Five-Year Action Plan for Improving Rural Human Settlements(2021-2025)is an important guiding plan for implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and Rural Revitalization Strategy.Through the field investigation of 9 villages in J Province,it is found that the current rural living environment remediation work in J Province has made great progress,and the rural landscape continues to improve,but the villagers'participation is not high,the supervision,incentive and assessment measures are not in place,and the traditional buildings are not properly protected.In the future environmental governance practice,it is necessary to adhere to the problem-oriented and precise policies,strive to enhance the sense of ownership of villagers,accelerate the improvement of long-term management and protection mechanisms,and strive to create beautiful villages that highlight the taste of the countryside and reflect the charm of the countryside,so as to promote the improvement of rural living environment to achieve more significant results.
