摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会作出《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》,其中内含着进一步全面深化改革的宪法逻辑:宪法为进一步全面深化改革提供了根本法依据;进一步全面深化改革是宪法实施的重要举措;宪法通过提供改革目标、凝聚改革共识、巩固改革成果的方式保障改革的进行;进一步全面深化改革促进现实宪法、观念宪法、成文宪法的全方位发展,实现宪法秩序的稳定。完善中国特色社会主义法治体系作为进一步全面深化改革的重要措施同样具有上述宪法逻辑:宪法是中国特色社会主义法治体系的核心与基础;中国特色社会主义法治体系建设又能够促进宪法发展。因而,完善中国特色社会主义法治体系实质是促进法治体系与宪法的自洽。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)issued the“Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization.”It contains the constitutional logic of further comprehensively deepening reform:The Constitution provides the fundamental legal basis for further deepening the reform in an all-round way;further comprehensively deepening reform is an important measure to implement the Constitution;the Constitution guarantees the reform by providing reform objectives,consolidating the reform consensus,and consolidating the reform achievements;further comprehensively deepening reform promotes the all-round development of the realistic constitution,the conceptual constitution,and the written constitution,and stabilizes the constitutional order.The improvement of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics is an important measure to further comprehensively deepen reform which also has the above constitutional logic:The Constitution is the core and foundation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics;the construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics can also promote the development of the constitution.Therefore,perfecting the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics is essentially a process of promoting its self-consistency with the constitution.
