摘　　要：从文化视角,中华优秀传统家风家训是文化育人的重要资源和现实支撑,对于涵养青年志气、骨气、底气具有深远价值意蕴和强大精神力量。多元思潮下,中华优秀传统家风家训之于涵养青年志气、骨气、底气遭遇的主要现实困境表现为:成体系资源的短缺与碎片化学习的依赖,减弱了涵养青年志气、骨气、底气的教育气场;哲理化研习的解构与娱乐化偏好的加持,淡化了涵养青年志气、骨气、底气的情感认同;使命型实践的式微与躺平式主张的蔓延,稀释了涵养青年志气、骨气、底气的主体自觉。构建教育场域以满足学习资源的有效供给与呈现,构建认同场域以提高家风研习的契合精度与效度,构建实践场域以倡导传习方式的“在场”导向与评价,是破解中华优秀传统家风家训涵养青年志气、骨气、底气困境的实践路径。From a cultural perspective,the excellent traditional Chinese family traditions and family teachingssare important resources and practical support for cultural education.They have profound value implications and powerful spiritual strength for cultivating young people's aspirations,backbone and confidence.Under the diverse ideological trends,the main practical difficulties encountered by the excellent traditional Chinese family traditions and family teachings in cultivating young people's aspirations,backbone and confidence are manifested in the shortage of systematic resources and the dependence on fragmented learning,which weakens the educational atmosphere for cultivating young people's aspirations,backbone and confidence;The deconstruction of philosophical studies and the reinforcement of entertainment preferences have diluted the emotional identification that nurtures young people's ambition,backbone and confidence;The decline of mission oriented practice and the spread of lying flat advocacy have diluted the subjective consciousness of cultivating young people's aspirations,backbone and confidence.Constructing an educational field to meet the effective supply and presentation of learning resources,constructing an identity field to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of family tradition research and constructing a practical field to advocate the"presence"orientation and evaluation of transmission methods are practical paths to solve the dilemma of cultivating young people's spirit,backbone,and confidence in excellent traditional Chinese family traditions and family teachings.
