摘　　要：以ChatGPT为代表的生成式AI已成为21世纪人工智能领域极具变革性的技术之一,正在对企业技术创新产生着深刻影响。生成式AI具有强大的数据处理能力和强大的自主学习及内容生成能力,能够在分析消费者需求、提高企业自动化水平、开展组合式创新、提供产品个性化推荐等方面助力企业形成更高质量的创新链。与此同时,企业在应用生成式AI技术的过程中也会存在失业、个人隐私侵犯、知识产权侵犯等问题。可通过建立标准训练数集、建立完善的数据安全管理制度、对员工进行伦理培训、明确披露义务等措施来合理应用生成式AI技术,用生成式AI来帮助企业提高创新质量和效率。Generative AI represented by ChatGPT has become one of the most transformative technologies in the field of artificial intelligence in the 21st century and is having a profound impact on enterprise technology innovation.Generative AI has strong data processing ability,strong independent learning and content generation ability and can help enterprises form a higher-quality innovation chain in analyzing consumer needs,improving enterprise automation level,carrying out combinatorial innovation and providing personalized product recommendation.At the same time,enterprises will also have some problems in the process of applying generative AI technology,including unemployment,personal privacy infringement,intellectual property infringement and so on.Generative AI technology can be reasonably applied by establishing standard training sets,establishing perfect data security management systems,conducting ethical training for employees,clarifying disclosure obligations and other measures,and using generative AI to help enterprises improve innovation quality and efficiency.
