摘　　要：社会主义文化强国建设是由多种动力源共同推动的。其中,精神动力来自历史自信和文化自信,组织动力来自繁荣发展社会主义先进文化的制度及其治理效能,发展动力来自人民精神文化需求。中国共产党的领导作为联结和控制整个动力系统的中轴,以文化体制机制改革为杠杆推动系统运转,使得各动力源联动配合,共同作用,形成合力,为社会主义文化强国建设提供了强劲持续的动力支持。A variety of powers have entered into the construction of a socialist country with a strong culture.Among them, the spiritual power comes from historical and cultural self-confidence, the organizational power from the institutions and their governance efficiency in advancing socialist culture, and the development power from people's spiritual and cultural needs. The leadership of the Communist Party of China serves as the central axis that connects and controls the entire power system and uses the institutional reform of the culture department as a lever to promote the operation of the system so that all powers are linked up and well-coordinated to form a strong and continuous power support for the construction of a strong socialist cultural state.
