摘 要:湖南地区越冬辣椒育苗过程中常受低温寡照等不良天气的影响,造成育苗周期长、幼苗质量差等问题。在育苗过程中进行补光处理可以促进幼苗生长、提高幼苗质量、缩短育苗周期。本研究选用四种不同的LED光质(白光、红蓝组合光、红蓝紫组合光、红蓝远红组合光),并以不补光为对照,分别对‘博辣红牛’、‘兴蔬215’和‘长研青香’3个辣椒品种进行四种不同光质组合补光处理,测定幼苗的生长指标并分析壮苗指数。结果表明红蓝远红组合光、红蓝紫组合光和红蓝组合光处理对辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片SPAD值、鲜质量、干质量和壮苗指数有明显的促进作用。其中在育苗期补充红蓝远红组合光对湖南地区越冬辣椒幼苗生长效果影响最佳,‘博辣红牛’、‘兴蔬215’和‘长研青香’的壮苗指数相比对照分别增加了74.1%、37.2%和217.3%。本研究为湖南地区越冬辣椒幼苗育苗提供补光技术支撑,提高冬春茬辣椒产量和经济价值。The growths of pepper seedling in winter in Hunan province are frequently influenced by adverse weather conditions such as low temperature and scarce sunlight,leading to problems like prolonged seedling raising period and low seedling quality.Application of supplementary lighting during the seedling raising process can facilitate seedling growth,enhance seedling quality,and shorten the seedling raising period.Four distinct LED light qualities(white light,red-blue combined light,red-blue-purple combined light,and red-blue-far-red combined light)were selected in this study and no supplementary lighting was used as the control.The seedlings growth indicators were measured and the strong seedling indices were analyzed for the pepper varieties of‘Bolahongniu',‘Xingshu 215',and‘Changyanqingxiang'after light treatments.The results showed that the supplementary lighting treatments using red-blue-far-red combined light,red-blue-purple combined light,and red-blue combined light significantly promoted the plant heights,stem diameters,leaf SPAD values,fresh weights,dry weights,and strong seedling indices of pepper seedlings.Among these treatments,supplementing red-blue-far-red combined light during the seedling raising period had the most optimal effect on the growth of winter pepper seedlings in Hunan region.Compared with the control,the strong seedling indices of‘Bolahongniu',‘Xingshu 215',and‘Changyanqingxiang'increased by 74.1%,37.2%,and 217.3%,respectively.These results not only offer lighting technology support,but also contribute improving the yield and economic value of the winter pepper seedling-raising in Hunan province.
