摘  要:我国辣椒种植面积占全球一半以上,鲜食是重要的消费方式之一。湖南、湖北、江西等长江中下游地区是鲜食辣椒的主要地区,春提早大棚栽培、春夏季露地覆膜栽培和秋延后大棚栽培等主要种植模式能确保新鲜辣椒的周年供应。本文依据长江中下游地区的气候特点,从栽培模式、品种选择、种植管理、病虫害防治、采收等方面简要介绍了该地区高口感品质嫩果尖椒的高产高效优质栽培技术,以期为进一步推进长江中下游品质嫩果尖椒种植面积和提升质量提供参考。The cultivated area of pepper in China is more than half of the world's total,and fresh pepper is one of the important forms of consumption.The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,such as Hunan,Hubei,and Jiangxi,are the main production regions for fresh peppers.The main planting modes include early spring greenhouse cultivation,plastic mulch cultivation in spring and summer in the open fields,and delayed autumn greenhouse cultivation,which can ensure the annual supply of fresh peppers.This paper briefly introduces the cultivation mode,variety selection,planting management,disease and pest control,and harvesting of high-quality tender fruits of pepper based on the climatic characteristics of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The aim is to provide a reference for further promoting the planting area and improving the quality of pepper in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
